Trade in your old bike for new dream bike

STEP 1: Send an email to us (using the form below) with information about your bicycle (any Brand) and let us know that you are considering a trade. We will reply to your email, typically with some questions about your bicycle or we love to see the conditions. Take some good photos of you bicycle and send those by reply email to us with a description , age, serial number, specific details, condition and anything else we need to know to approximate the value of your trade credit.

STEP 2: Either select one of our new in-stock bikes  or request a custom quote for a new one.

STEP 3: Come to the shop by appointment (please insure your bicycle for at least the value of the trade-in estimate) so that we can verify or modify your trade estimate. This allows us to provide a firm trade credit toward your new dream Road , Mountainbike or Electric bike.

Brisbane Bicycle Service reserves the right to refuse any Trade-In for any reason. You must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued photo ID. Brisbane Bicycle Service is required by law to collect and record additional information as necessary. The information collected by Brisbane Bicycle Service during any Trade-In transaction may be communicated to law enforcement authorities for law enforcement purposes. The product must be in good working condition, an intact serial number and invoice.
