Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Brisbane Bicycle Service website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Brisbane Bicycle Service provides bicycle servicing, repair, fitting, custom paint, and retail services. All services are provided by appointment only. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. A quote will be provided before any work commences. Additional charges may apply if additional work is required beyond the agreed scope.
Service guarantee
All service work is covered by a 30-day service guarantee. This covers the specific work performed and does not extend to unrelated components or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Liability
Brisbane Bicycle Service takes all reasonable care with your bicycle. Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, consequential loss, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Uncollected goods
Bicycles not collected within 30 days of completion of service may be subject to storage fees. Bicycles not collected within 90 days may be disposed of in accordance with applicable Queensland legislation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
