Aero road, all-round road, gravel, endurance, track — whatever geometry you need, we can build it. There are no catalogue constraints here. Every dimension, every tube angle, every contact point measurement is chosen specifically for you and the riding you do.
The process starts with a conversation. You tell us what you want to ride, how you want it to feel, and what you're trying to achieve. We bring 35 years of fitting and framebuilding experience to that conversation and help you arrive at a specification that's genuinely right — not just close enough.
If you've already been fitted elsewhere and have your measurements and geometry, bring them. We'll work from your numbers. If you haven't been fitted yet, we'll do that first — it's the only reliable way to build a frame that fits from day one.
Geometry options
Aero road
Aggressive stack and reach, short head tube, compact front end. Built for speed on flat and rolling terrain. Every tube profile optimised to cut through the air.
All-round road
The most versatile geometry in cycling. Balanced handling, comfortable reach, responsive without being twitchy. The right choice for most riders most of the time.
Endurance road
Taller head tube, more relaxed angles, longer chainstays. Built for long days in the saddle — sportives, gran fondos, multi-day touring. Comfort without sacrificing performance.
Gravel
Tyre clearance, stable handling, and a position that works on and off the road. We can spec anything from a light gravel-road crossover to a full adventure geometry with bags, mounts, and wide rubber.

Choose your material
Carbon fibre
The material of choice for performance road, aero, and gravel frames. Carbon allows tube profiles and layup schedules to be tuned for specific stiffness, compliance, and weight targets. Every carbon custom is a unique engineering exercise — no two are the same.
Titanium
Titanium combines exceptional ride quality with corrosion resistance and longevity that no other material matches. A titanium frame, properly built, will outlast everything else in your stable. It is the material for riders who want one frame for life.
Steel
Steel has never gone away — and for good reason. A well-made steel frame rides with a liveliness and compliance that no other material quite replicates. Columbus, Reynolds, and Dedacciai tubesets give our builders the tools to create frames that are both beautiful and exceptional to ride.
Stainless steel
Stainless steel is the premium choice for riders who want the ride quality of steel with the corrosion resistance of titanium. Harder to work with than regular steel, it demands a builder with genuine skill — and the result is a frame that is virtually maintenance-free, ages beautifully, and rides with exceptional character.
Aluminium
Modern custom aluminium frames offer a stiff, responsive ride at a more accessible price point. An excellent choice for track, criterium, and performance-oriented builds where weight and budget need to be balanced.

Every frame we commission is built by Italian Telaisti with more than 20 years of framebuilding craftsmanship. These are not production facilities — they are small workshops where individual builders take personal responsibility for every frame that leaves their bench.
We have worked with these builders long enough to know exactly what they're capable of and how to get the best from them. We handle the full specification, the technical communication, and the quality review when the frame arrives. You deal with us — we deal with Italy.
The result is a frame with genuine Italian provenance, built to a geometry that came from your body, finished in our paint studio, and assembled in our workshop. There is nothing else like it available in Brisbane.

How a custom frame comes together
A custom frame project is a collaboration between you, our fitting team, and the builder. It takes time — but the result is something no catalogue can offer.

Every project starts here. We want to understand what you're trying to build — the type of riding, the geometry direction, the material you're drawn to, and your budget. There are no wrong answers at this stage. The more you tell us, the better the specification we can put together.
Bike fit or geometry review
Bike fit or geometry review
If you haven't been fitted, we do that now. A full professional fit gives us the stack, reach, saddle height, drop, and all the measurements a builder needs to work from. If you already have your geometry from a previous fit or a frame you love, bring those numbers — we'll work from them and refine where needed.
Frame specification
Frame specification
With your fit data and riding goals confirmed, we build the full frame specification — tube angles, chainstay length, bottom bracket drop, head tube length, tyre clearance, cable routing, and any specific details that matter to you. This document goes to the builder in Italy and becomes the blueprint for your frame.

Your specification goes to our Italian builders — craftsmen with over 20 years of experience handmaking frames to exacting custom geometries. We stay in communication throughout the build and review the frame when it arrives before it goes anywhere near the paint studio.
Paint & finish
Paint & finish
The bare frame comes to our paint studio for finishing. You have complete control over colour, design, and finish — from a clean single-colour respray to a full custom livery. Our painters work to the same show-quality standard on custom frames as they do on everything else that comes through the studio.
Build & delivery
Build & delivery
The finished frame is built up in our workshop with your chosen components. Every contact point is set to your fit specification. We run the bike through a full pre-delivery check and hand it over with a detailed fit report. Your first ride should feel immediately right.
