We will assess the bike with you, agree the service or repair work that needs to be done and record the details on our system.
If additional work is needed we will contact you to discuss before proceeding. Quotes are available upon request when you bring your bike in. If you provide all of your own parts to be fitted, you are welcome, obviously we cant provide warranty.
If you are reliant on your bike on a daily basis it can be hard to schedule time to be without it. For our service customers we offer free courtesy bikes in all of our shops which are free to borrow while your service is completed, (subject to availability).

Suspension and dropper Post service price list
Because of the way Mountain bikes are ridden and the harsh and dirty environments they are used in, these components require special attention, in addition your bike servicing. These services do not include the cost of any replacement parts, e.g. Seal kits, Linkage bearings Prices may vary depending on the condition of the part.
Dropper Post Service
A Dropper Post Service includes:
- Clean the Dropper Post
- Full strip down and inspection of internal parts
- Replacing all seals, as necessary
- Re-building with new oil/lubricant
- Re-pressurization
- Bleeding

Front Fork Service
A Suspension Fork service includes:

Shimano recalls 11-speed cranks free check
Shimano Warranty point
Shimano has recalled cranksets on some Dura-Ace and Ultegra models due to a fault that can cause the crank arm to separate from the main crank.
The models were manufactured between 1 June 2012 and 30 June 2019. A two-letter manufacturing code is stamped on the inside of the crank arm.
The cranksets are of the Hollowtech design, in which components of the crank are bonded together.
Shimano says that the bonded crank parts can separate and break. "There is a risk of a fall or crash if the crank arm separates,” the company says.
"At the time of publishing, Shimano has received reports of 4519 incidents of cranksets separating, and six reported injuries, including bone fractures, joint displacement and lacerations.”
Consumers should not use a bike with a Shimano Ultegra or Dura-Ace crankset until they check whether theirs is an affected model. Instructions on how to check are on the Shimano website.
The following model series are subject to the recall:
- Ultegra: FC-6800, FC-R8000
- Dura-Ace: FC-9000, FC-R9100 and FC-R9100-P
The two-letter codes are: KF to KL, LA to LL, MA to ML, NA to NL, OA to OL, PA to PL, QA to QL, and RA to RF.
If you have an affected model, contact your nearest authorised Shimano dealer to arrange for the cranksets to be inspected. Any cranksets that fail the inspection process will be replaced free of charge.
