When does my membership start?
Your membership activates immediately on payment and runs for 12 months from that date.
Can I use my benefits straight away?
Yes — all benefits are available from the moment your membership is confirmed.
How do I book my free pickups?
Simply mention you're a member when you contact us to book a service. We'll arrange pickup and return at a time that suits you.
How do I get into VIP events?
Members receive direct invitations by email. Places are strictly limited, so we recommend responding promptly when you receive yours.
Is the membership auto-renewed?
No. We'll send you a reminder before your membership expires and you can choose to renew.
Can I gift a membership?
Absolutely. Contact us and we'll arrange a gift membership for a fellow cyclist.
